ConnectEd Arts is the NSW government arts and education program which aims to increase access to quality arts experiences for NSW school students. 

Now in its sixth year, ConnectEd Arts aims to enhance the value of creativity and the arts in schools and school communities by providing support to students and teachers who are otherwise unable to access quality, professional arts companies.


All programs are offered free of charge to participating students and teachers.


Since ConnectEd Arts was implemented in 2004 More than:

· 80,000 students

· 3,550 teachers

· 1,750 schools; and

· 350 artists and arts organisations have participated in the program.

 
Latest News
ConnectEd Arts Evaluation report released

Arts NSW engaged the Division for Professional Learning in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at the University of Sydney in 2008 to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the ConnectEd Arts programs in order to further enhance the valuing of the arts in schools and school communities in New South Wales. The Evaluation report is now available for downloading.
